About Georgia Pie Feminised

Georgia Pie carries limonene as its lead note: citrus with bitterness behind it, closer to marmalade peel than to lemonade. Caryophyllene sits beneath it and shows up second, dry and peppery, holding the sweeter notes down. The plant tests at 27% THC across a 50/50 split, though what decides whether any of this reaches the jar is the cure, not the seed.

Growing it for aroma

Growing Georgia Pie for terpene expression and growing it for weight are not the same project, and it is worth deciding which one you are on. The Limonene/Caryophyllene/Linalool profile does its best work in living soil, where the biology produces compounds a bottle does not contain. Good peat-free compost and worm castings are available in any garden centre here, which makes that approach far less specialist than it sounds.

Stop foliar spraying after the second week of bloom. Anything that lands on a developing trichome is still there at harvest and is tasted rather than seen. In the last three weeks the night temperature decides which terpenes lead: held at 16-18°C the limonene comes forward, while a warmer finish protects the lighter linalool notes.

Then the cure, which is where Irish growers lose most of what they built. A ten to fourteen day hang wants 17°C and something near 58% humidity, and the ambient air here will not supply either for most of the year — a closed room and a small dehumidifier will. Into glass afterwards, burped twice daily for a fortnight. The caryophyllene layer arrives somewhere in weeks three and four, not before.

Flowering: 8-10 weeks. Indoor yield: 350-450 g/m2. Outdoor yield: 400-450 g/plant. Plant height: 150 cm. Rated moderate difficulty.

Flavour, aroma and effect

Georgia Pie arrives in order. The first draw at 27% THC gives citrus with a bitter edge that lifts off the palate. The euphoric, creative character follows in minutes, as head and body together. Thinking stays clear while the muscles let go by degrees, which is what makes the dose, rather than the genetics, the thing that decides the evening. Caryophyllene underneath contributes warmth that keeps it anchored.

Terpene breakdown

Primary: Limonene · Secondary: Caryophyllene · Tertiary: Linalool. The three shift relative to each other across the cure. Straight off the dry the limonene dominates; three or four weeks sealed in glass at 16-18°C and the linalool underneath comes up to meet it. Vaporising between 180°C and 195°C catches the widest span, because heat takes the lighter linalool molecules first.

Who it suits

Who does well with Georgia Pie? Indoor growers who want to choose their own timeline. Tunnel growers who want to decide when flowering starts rather than letting August decide it. Anyone with the space to veg it properly first. Rated moderate, which means a moderate learning curve that rewards attention without needing specialist kit.

Filial Stabilisation (F4) — four-generation selection
Stabilisation Notes — What This Means for Your Grow

Georgia Pie runs through our F4 programme. Four cycles of phenotype selection have removed the worst of the trait variation; what is left is a tight, predictable population for production.

Breeding Goal

Cull off-type phenos in Georgia Pie through filial selection.

Selection Focus

Chosen for vigour, terpene saturation and a tight finish window that allows production planning.

Pollen / Mother Source

Royal King Genetics select-mother programme — pollen drawn from an internally maintained reversed-female line.
