What to expect from here
Your number, or your order
The dispatch email carries the tracking number, and your order number starting RKSIE does the same job if the email is buried somewhere.
Give it a few days
Nothing appears until the parcel is scanned into the network for the first time. Early silence on the timeline is routine and not something to read anything into.
Eircodes earn their keep
An Post routes on the Eircode, and an address without one leans on the postie knowing the house. If you left it off at checkout, reply to your order email and we will add it before the parcel moves.
Nobody in?
Seeds need no signature, so a safe spot or a neighbour is used where possible. Failing that, a card points you at the delivery office holding the parcel — bring the card and photo ID to collect.
Dublin and everywhere else
City deliveries tend to land first. The west, the northwest and smaller islands add a day or two, and bank holidays shift the whole schedule.
If it stalls
A week without a new entry is worth flagging. Reply to your order email with the order number and we will follow it up with An Post.
