Growing NY-47 in Ireland is a question of rain and wind rather than of heat or latitude. The whole island runs temperate oceanic, so nowhere is meaningfully warmer than anywhere else — what changes as you move west is how many wet days land on the plant while it is in flower. This is a combination that turns up repeatedly in cultivars people rate, and it is usually what gets commented on when a jar is opened for the first time after a proper cure. Pinene anchors it, limonene holds the middle, and caryophyllene sits behind both — the last of those being what separates this from other strains leading on the same terpene.

Who does well with NY-47? Indoor growers who want to choose their own timeline. Tunnel growers who want to decide when flowering starts rather than letting August decide it.
